Do you offer one-way vehicle rentals
Yes. We offer one-way trips to several locations in State of Alaska. Additional fees will apply, please visit our website or contact us for pricing information.
Should I cleaning the van before I return it?
We will clean the inside and outside of the van upon its return. However, there is the potential for a cleaning fee if the van is returned excessively dirty, inside or out
Can I smoke in the van?
Absolutly NOT!! You will be charged a minimum fee of $150.00 to remove the odors, replace the air filters, and clean the upholstry from the odors.
Do rentals come with unlimited mileage?
YES.
Can we drive your vehicles into Canada?
Does the rental quote include the cost of fuel?
rates do not include the cost of fuel. Return with a full tank of fuel to avoid refueling charges.
Will my vehicle be full of fuel when I pick it up?
Yes. All rental vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel.
Am I responsible to pay for my gas?
The van will be full of gas when you pick it up and we ask that you return it full, or you can purchase the prefuel option
What will happen if I return the vehicle without a full tank of fuel?
If you return the vehicle without a full tank of fuel we will refuel it for you at a rate of $9.00 per gallon plus a $10.00 refueling service fee
What are the hours of operation?
9am-6pm but drop off and pick up service including shuttle 24/7
Is a deposit required to reserve a rental vehicle.
Yes. We reserve the vehicle just for you and charge a non-refundable 25% deposit. This is to ensure your vehicle is going to be ready when you arrive and there are no overbooking cancellations.

Can i pick up my rental vehicle at the airport?
No. We provide on-demand large van shuttle service for our customers who choose free airport shuttle option in their reservation. Once on the shuttle you are roughly 5 minutes away from your ride. This allows us to offer the most competitive pricing with out sacrificing accessibility.
Can I use your sprinters for towing anything
None of our autos are to be used for towing
May I extend my rental beyond the original return date?
If you would like to extend your rental, an additional charge may be made to your credit card at the time you extend to cover any additional anticipated rental charges. These charges must be paid in order for your rental to be extended. Upon your return of the car the actual cost of the rental will be determined and any applicable charges or refunds will be processed. Please note that your bank may take up to two weeks to post any refunds issued to your card.
Do late return fees apply if I return my vehicle after its scheduled return?
Late return fees only apply if you fail to call our office and pay for a rental extension prior to your original due back time.
May I return the car outside of your regular office hours?
Yes. Vehicles can be returned any time of day regardless of office hours.
Can I add seats to fit more people in the van
We have vans that fit 12 or 8 people the 8 person vans are made for groups with large luggage demand and the 12 person van which also has great luggage storage capabilities but is designed for groups that enjoy laying space for long trips or larger than 8 groups
