Booking Process

1. Choose Your Dates

Start by selecting your pickup and return dates and time so you can see available rental options for your trip.

2. Choose Your Vehicle

Pick the vehicle that best fits your group size, luggage needs, and Alaska travel plans.

3. Complete Payment

Enter your information and complete the payment to secure your reservation.

4. Receive Confirmation Email

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details. Pickup instructions and lockbox information will be sent before your rental begins.

1.Open “My Booking”

Detailed pickup instructions will be available on our website 2 hours before your reservation start time. Go to My Booking and open your reservation.

2.Review Your Pickup Details

Inside My Booking, you’ll find your vehicle location, shuttle instructions, lockbox code, and any important notes for your rental.

3. Arrive at ANC

Once you land, collect your bags before requesting the shuttle. This helps make the pickup process smoother and avoids waiting.

Collect your bags at Anchorage Airport when you arrive.

4. Take the Shuttle to the Vehicle

Follow the instructions in My Booking to contact Diamond Airport Parking and request the shuttle. The red shuttle will take you to the vehicle location.

5. Access the Vehicle

Use the lockbox code provided in My Booking to open the lockbox and retrieve the key. The lockbox will be located on the driver-side window.

6. Review the Inspection Sheet

Before leaving the lot, review the inspection sheet under My Booking. If you notice anything that needs attention, please contact us before starting your trip.

Drop Off Process

1. Return to the Lot

Bring the vehicle back to Diamond Airport Parking.

2. Remove Items

Take your belongings and remove any trash from the vehicle.

3. Return the Key

Place the key back in the lockbox and secure it on the driver-side window.

4. Take the Shuttle

Diamond Airport Parking will take you back to Anchorage Airport.

Where do I pick up my vehicle?

Vehicle pickup is at Diamond Airport Parking near Anchorage Airport. After you collect your bags, contact Diamond Airport Parking and request the shuttle. The shuttle will take you to the North Star Auto Rentals vehicle area.

How do I get the key?

Your vehicle will have a lockbox on the driver-side window. We will send you the lockbox code before your rental begins, along with any final pickup instructions.
