Car Rental Policy

Renter Requirements

To rent a vehicle, the primary renter must be at least 21 years old, have a valid U.S. driver’s license, valid auto insurance, and provide a major credit card.

Drivers under the age of 25 may be subject to a young driver fee.

Payment & Security Deposit

A major credit card is required at the time of rental. Debit cards, check cards, and prepaid cards are not accepted.

A security deposit may apply and will be refunded after the vehicle is returned and inspected, as long as there are no damages, late fees, cleaning fees, unpaid charges, or policy violations.

Rental rates do not include fuel, tolls, parking tickets, citations, damages, delivery fees, or optional add-ons unless stated otherwise.

Additional Drivers

Additional drivers must be approved and listed on the rental agreement.

Each additional driver must be at least 25 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and meet all renter requirements.

An additional driver fee may apply. Unauthorized drivers are not permitted to operate the vehicle.

Reservations, Changes & Cancellations

Reservations may be viewed online. For changes or modifications, please contact us directly.

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled pickup date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made 14 to 29 days before pickup may be eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before pickup are non-refundable.

Same-day cancellations, no-shows, and failure to meet renter requirements at pickup are non-refundable.

Reservation changes are subject to availability and may result in a price difference. Early returns do not qualify for a refund.

We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if renter requirements are not met, payment is incomplete, or company policies are violated.

Pickup, Return & Delivery

Pickup instructions will be sent before the rental start time.

Vehicles must be returned on time and to the agreed return location. Late returns may result in additional charges.

One-way rentals may be available, but additional fees may apply.

Delivery may be available within designated service areas for an additional fee and must be confirmed in advance.

Fuel Policy

Vehicles are rented with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with a full tank.

If the vehicle is returned without a full tank, we will refuel it at $9.00 per gallon plus a $10.00 refueling service fee.

Mileage, Road Use & Travel Restrictions

Vehicles must be used only on approved roads.

Driving on unpaved or gravel roads is not allowed unless the vehicle is specifically approved for that use.

If a vehicle is driven on unpaved roads without approval, the Loss Damage Waiver, if purchased, will not apply because the rental agreement was violated.

Vehicles may not be driven into Canada. All travel restrictions listed in the rental agreement must be followed.

Vehicle Use Policy

Vehicles may not be used for racing, towing, off-roading, rideshare or delivery services, illegal activity, reckless driving, transporting illegal substances or stolen property, or any use not allowed under the rental agreement.

Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Cleaning fees may apply.

Cleaning & Vehicle Condition

Vehicles are provided clean and sanitized and should be returned in reasonably clean condition.

Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive dirt, stains, smoke or vape odor, unapproved pet hair, biohazards, trash, or excessive mess.

Damage, Accidents & Maintenance

Renters are responsible for damage that occurs during the rental period unless covered by valid insurance or an approved protection plan.

If the vehicle is not returned in the same condition it was rented, we may open a claim to recover losses.

All accidents, damage, warning lights, mechanical issues, or unsafe conditions must be reported immediately.

Unauthorized repairs are not permitted without prior approval.

Company Rights

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, terminate rentals, or recover the vehicle if renter, payment, or deposit requirements are not met; the vehicle is misused; the renter violates company policy or the rental agreement; unsafe behavior occurs; or the vehicle is taken to a restricted area.

Renter Responsibility

The renter is responsible for returning the vehicle on time, keeping it in the same condition, refueling it, paying any tolls, tickets, citations, or fees, reporting damage or accidents immediately, and following all rental agreement terms.
